Calamansi Balsamic
The vinegar displays tart-acidic aromas of mandarin, orange and lime. Add a few drops of this fair-trade balsamic over fish, chicken, salads or give light sauces a final touch. It is also amazing when mixed with mineral water as an aperitif or in cocktails.
