Marinades and salad dressings receive a harmonious honey note with this golden-brown shimmering honey vinegar from our own manufactory. Meat sauces can also be tasted fine and in Asian dishes it brings a fine sweet and sour taste. Even the people of the Stone Age knew the delicacy honey - but probably not in this liquid-sweet-sour form. Honey wine, often referred to as "mead", serves as the basis for making the honey vinegar, which we then add pure honey to complete the fine-aromatic vinegar balm. Regionally connected we use a wonderful forest honey from southern Germany.
