Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the finest parcel of the estate are hand-picked and carefully selected to make this dark red coloured wine matured in French oak barriques for 16 months. The palate tastes of chocolate, vanilla and cedar. Fine tannins and acid add structure to this Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon that will age with great respect. It can be drank now due to its perfect balance and poise. Excellent with all red meats and roast.
