The nose is rich and robust. Initially fruits - raisins, gooseberries, blood orange; and nuts – roasted hazelnuts and walnuts, that morphs into toffee fudge, fresh cream, toasted oak, dry spice and a touch of smoke. A creamy and complex palate of sultanas, orange zest, mango, chocolate orange and coffee awaits and finishes long, fruity and a bit dry.
