Blanc Reserve

The basis of this wine are various types of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Must fermentation, wooden barrel aging and long yeast storage give this wine a unique structure, density and complexity. The art of cuvée is to put the individual parts together appropriately

WINE

The hand-picked grapes were selected again in the winery. Only the best were de-stemmed and some were left on the mash for a few hours, some were even completely fermented on the mash. After gentle pressing, the individual batches were aged in wooden barrels and stainless steel. The wines remained on the yeast until bottling in July 2021. Herbal and spicy on the nose with fine wood aromas and subtle fruit. The longer you let the wine breathe, the more exotic fruit aromas come into play. On the palate, the wine is gripping from the first moment with a lot of body and pressure. Although this wine is still in its infancy, it is already a pleasure. Nevertheless, it can also mature wonderfully. Can be combined with a wide variety of dishes, from white meat to fish and hearty vegetarian dishes to suppers.
