Bouvet Ladubay Tresor Rose Brut sparkling wine
With an annual production of around 2.5 million bottles, Bouvet - Ladubay is one of the large houses on the Loire. The focus of the production is on sparkling wine, but besides that, red and white Saumur are also produced. With the Trèsor, Bouvet - Ladubay not only regularly makes the best sparkling wine on the Loire, but also the only one that comes close to the type of very good champagne. Special features 1. The pressing: the wine is decanted and clarified in January, followed by a cold treatment, which should cause the tartar to fail. Now it is filtered. 2. after assembling the wine from the various thermoregulated barrels, each cuvée is bottled for the second fermentation, according to the traditional method (just like with champagne). Overall, this whole process takes between 24 and 36 months. Aged for several months in oak barrels.
