As for our vomFASS Cherry Brandy, selected fully ripe French Guigne cherries are distilled after a long and gentle fermentation to a selected cherry brandy. Afterwards, the distillate, which is approx. 70% vol. strong, is not diluted with water to drinking strength, but with the juice of unfermented selected cherries. A pinch of sugar rounds off the taste and emphasizes the intense cherry note. Enjoy this cherry brandy as a digestif after an excellent meal, at the end of the day or refine fruit salads, jellies and jams with Cerise Rouge from vomFASS.
