Fir Cone Essential Oil, Therapeutical Grade
Fragrance: Typical Christmas tree, subtler than the Pine oils, yet spicier than the spruce. Strong, balsamic, resinous odor with fresh turpentine notes.
Perfumery Note: Top
Blends well with: Cedar wood, rosemary, eucalyptus, cajeput, niaouli, lavender, juniper, lemon, sage, citronella, coriander, cypress, frankincense, myrrh, tea tree.
External Application:
Refreshing, invigorating, stimulating, strengthening. This oil has traditionally been used to help support the body and reduce the symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism, tense muscles, back pain, bronchitis, coughs, sinusitis, colds, flu, and fevers. It has been found to be beneficial in fighting air-borne germs and bacteria.
It is anti-septic, anti-catarrhal, anti-arthritic and immune– stimulating and improves blood-circulation. Fir Cone oil has a long history of use in the sauna, steam bath, and as an additive to baths and massage products targeting sore muscles and strengthening the system.
Frequently used in room sprays, detergents, cough and cold preparations.
Internal Application:
Very popular in an aromatherapy baths to revive tired muscles (mix a few drops with alcohol, milk, yogurt or base oil and add to your bath).
In the Diffuser:
This is a great way to wake up and feel energized. Disinfecting and deodorizing (stale air, smoking). Also good for exhaustion, fear; meditation;
