External Application:
Jasmine oil, very close in chemical structure to human perspiration, is unique in its ability to be absorbed by the skin. As massage oil (1 - 3 drops of jasmine oil to 10ml of vegetable oil) for birth-preparation, particularly during pregnancy: relieves back ache, joint pain, reduces muscle cramps, stretch marks, scarring, sprains, stiff limbs, an aphrodisiac body- and bath oil, dry, irritated, inflamed skin, or the treatment of all skin-complaints (dermatitis, eczema), stress-related skin-disorders
Susanne Fischer-Rizzi writes: The essential oil of jasmine influences the emotional part of us, particularly when they involve relationships and sex. Psychological tension, coldness, fear, and paranoia all may be reduced with jasmine, a powerful, inspirational fragrance. Jasmine oil is particularly beneficial for treating women’s health problems. This uterus tonic helps support childbirth; it also aids in milk production and menstruation. A highly diluted oil—1 to 3 drops with a 31⁄2 fluid ounces base oil—is wonderful for massages during pregnancy—helping women feel warm and relaxed. Jasmine oil is an important ingredient in cosmetic products used to treat dry, aggravated skin. It is also used to treat dermatitis and eczema. It is especially valuable for psychosomatic disorders. A fragrance like jasmine creates euphoria, stimulates the brain, which releases the neurotransmitter encephaline, a substance that acts as an analgesic and generates feelings of pleasure and euphoria.
Internal Application:
2 drops of jasmine oil in a glass of not too hot herbal tea. This stimulates child-birth and menstruation and has an antispasmodic effect. It is also used to treat insomnia, hoarseness, impotence and infertility.

To help with depressions, psychological tension, coldness, fear, paranoia for a peaceful mind and soul, has a relaxing and warming effect increases your self-confidence.
