Two generations work hand in hand here and combine tradition with innovation. Mainly Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, but also Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Dornfelder and Sauvignon Blanc are grown on the 16.5 hectares of vineyards. Since 2007, Kühling has been operating organic viticulture according to the strict guidelines of Naturland e.V., i.e. without herbicides, chemical fungicides, insecticides and synthetic fertilizers. The fact that the resulting extra work is worth it is proven by several important awards. The magazine "Der Feinschmecker" counts the winery among the best in Germany and "Gault Millau" also praises the wines from the house of Kühling.
