Olive oil Denocciolato, extra virgin
This olive oil is a rare find. Its Italian name (denocciolate = pitted) means that the olive pits were removed from the olives before pressing. On the palate it is soft with a decent fruitiness and a slight bitterness. It has a pleasant peppery note with an aftertaste of bitterness and green banana.
Origin: Italy
Olive Types: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo
