Penderyn Peated

The Penderyn Peated gives the clean and crisp whisky, a medium peaty character. It is aged in

ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-peated whisky casks. Interestingly, this expression has a

lighter peat character when compared to Penderyn Celt.

Penderyn Peated is bottled at 46% abv.

Tasting notes:

Nose: It introduces itself with sweet, aromatic

smoke. Underneath the smoke, there are

characteristic notes of vanilla, green apples and

refreshing citrus.

Palate: An array of gentle flavours, with vanilla

and green apples leading the way tempts the

palate before citrus and a hint of smoke surface

to complete the taste.

Finish: Smoke and vanilla linger on the

attractive medium-length finish.
