This particular wine is very lean, precise, fresh, and fruit-forward — it has bountiful notes of ripe pear, melon, and citrus fruits with refreshing acidity. These qualities help to cut through the richness and the starchy texture of the chili crab sauce. It even brings out the sweetness of good crab meat.

Classic white vinification under controlled low temperatures in order to highlight the fruity expression of this multifaceted variety. Maturation on the fine lees under frequent stirring for at least 4 months. Aging Potential 3-4 Years.
